Warranty and returns
The warranty period is two years, from the delivery of the product, although it does not include deficiencies caused by negligence, blows, incorrect use or improper handling, etc., or materials that are worn out by use.
TALENTEC reserves the right to verify the origin of the problem. In case of a defect caused by an external cause, the repair will be billable. In those cases that justify the application of the warranty, the repair, replacement of the article, discount or refund will be chosen, according to the legally established terms.
To process the warranty please send us an email to [email protected], including: the order number, description of the problem, attaching the images you consider necessary.
If you are not satisfied, you can return the purchases made in our own online store or in our offices.
The maximum time limit for requesting a return is 14 working days from receipt of the order.
Circumstances that may trigger a refund are as follows:
a) If you are not satisfied with the product you ordered: We will refund the purchase price. However, the shipping costs incurred by the return will be borne by the customer.
b) Original defective product: Once TALENTEC receives the defective product, it will send you another one. In this case, the exchange will always be made for the same article or reference. Only the first shipment will be invoiced, and TALENTEC will be in charge of the return and new shipment costs. If you wish to exchange for another article, the return and new shipment costs will not be assumed by TALENTEC.
c) Product that, by mistake, does not correspond to the one ordered: TALENTEC will bear the cost of collecting the wrong product and delivering the one corresponding to the one ordered.
d) In case it is a gift: It can be exchanged as long as it is in perfect condition. The cost of return and reshipment, and the difference in price if any, will be borne by the person making the exchange.
After the reception of the product and its verification, TALENTEC will proceed to reimburse the amount of the purchase by the same way it was made.
