Warranty

The warranty period is two years, from the delivery of the product, although it does not include deficiencies caused by negligence, bumping, incorrect use or improper handling, etc, nor materials that are worn by use.

TALENTEC reserves the right to carry out a verification of the origin of the problem. In the event of a defect caused by causes other than its origin, the repair will be billable. In those cases that justify the application of the guarantee, it will be opted for the repair, replacement of the article, rebate or refund, in the legally established terms.

To process the guarantee, send us an email to info@talentec.es, where it appears: the order number, description of the problem, attaching the images you consider necessary.

Returns

If you are not satisfied, you can return the purchases made in our own online store or in our offices.

The maximum period to request the return is stipulated in 14 working days from the reception of the order.

The circumstances that can cause a refund are the following:

a) If the product you have ordered does not satisfy you: We will reimburse you the amount of the purchase. Although, the transport costs caused by the return will be borne by the customer.

b) Defective product of origin: Once TALENTEC receives the defective product, it will send you another one. In this case the change will always be made by the same article or reference. Only the first shipment will be invoiced, TALENTEC taking charge of the postage corresponding to the return and new shipment. If you wish to make a change for another article, the expenses of return and new shipment will not be assumed by TALENTEC.

c) Product that, by mistake, does not correspond to the order: TALENTEC will bear the cost of collecting the wrong product and delivery of the corresponding to the order placed.

d) In the event that it is a gift: It can be changed provided it is in perfect condition. The costs of return and new shipment, and the price difference if any, will be borne by the person making the change.

Upon receipt of the product and its verification, TALENTEC will proceed to reimburse the amount of the purchase by the same means that was made.
